The ONLY way to unlock this Blue Print is to Open Bunker 11 and be the 1st team to pick up the Gun located inside, This will automatically unlock the blueprint for you

How to Unlock Blue Print:
This is unlocked by doing a Quest.
The quest is a Random drop from either opening chests or rewards for doing other quests, in Warzone.
