Desk and chair heights + ergonomics/posture

Soooo I have a new chair but I don't feel comfortable, this isn't the chairs fault, that's really comfy (maybe it's higher than my last chair but they all seem to be that height now)..

So after sticking some wood under the desk legs and adjusting the up and down on the legs feet, I decided to do some research and this is what I found:-
