How I lost all my Weight

I Know this has nothing to do with gaming, and this is a Gaming Website, but I thought I would share my experiences and info to people who are interested.
note: if you are interested in losing weight and you think this program sounds good, than PLEASE look into it fully YOURSELF before you try it, I'm not responsible for anything that happens to you.

5 Months - 20/09/06 15st 11lb 1lb 7st 03lb All this week I was eating (it is so hard when you break it, even just once)
- Saturday I had sandwiches and sausage rolls at a free work buffet.
- Had allsorts of stuff at a friends home warming part from chilli and rice to huge piece of cheese cake
- Popcorn at Cinema
- Plus other stuff I cant remember at this time..... Hence only 1lb lost.
Week 21 - 27/09/06 15st 07lb 4lb 7st 07lb  
Week 22 - 04/10/06 15st 05lb 2lb 7st 09lb - Had really bad breath in work and gave in and had a peanut butter sandwich to fix (bad excuse).
Week 24 - 11/010/06 15st 04lb 1lb 7st 10lb -Stopped my diet at this point, I hadn't reached my goal of 14st, but it was becoming so much harder because I had been "nippling", also only losing 1lb a week was dishearting, I just thought what was the point!

-The 2 weeks that followed this is probably the hardest part of this diet, once you start to eat you find it VERY hard to limit it to "the refeed program" I had a portion of rice 2 days earlier than I should of, and had a few biscuits, weatabix's, jellybeans and a few other things and this was the worst mistake I could of made......
I was in so much pain each night after eating Extra amounts, the only way I can discribe the pain, is that it feels like a Cramp INSIDE your chest and it lasted for at least 2 and Half hours.
It hurts so much..... you have seen how big I am, and I'm no softy, but I was so close to crying from the pain, i even thought about going to hospital and getting my stomach pumped, I really thought I was going to die from this pain.

-If you ever do this diet Please Please Please Follow the "refeed" program to the letter, its just not worth the pain.

The Diet

This is a UK based program that used to be available ONLY at the doctors but is now available at local Pharmacies

It is designed to TOTALLY replace food, so you are not tempted into eating "just 1 more bite" etc, and you are supposed to lose 1st 7lb a month (1st for woman).

Basically you don't eat ANYTHING except for the 2 powder packs (3 for woman) that you get and drink between 4-10Liters of water each day. No Flavoured water, no chewing gum, nothing............. the only things you are allowed are:-
1) Obviously the powder meals (Strawberry Milkshake, Chocolate Milkshake, Vanilla Milkshake, Chicken Soup (hot) or Flapjacks - I use the words Milkshakes very loosely as there is no milk involved at all, you add water........ And the flap jacks are the worst things I have ever tasted in my life, they are 3inchs square and I gave 2 bites away to others to try and it took me 40 minutes to eat it)
2) BLACK Tea (leaf ONLY no berry) ( I found that I could drink TWINNING'S "English Breakfast" tea and 2 sweetener tablet)
3) BLACK Coffee
4) TABLET Sweeteners if you must add to the tea/coffee (not the powder form)
5) Salt, Pepper, herbs (if you want to add these to the chicken soup you can)

Break down of what its like
The 1st 3-4 days were hard, VERY Hard (I had a large Chinese Meal at on the night BEFORE I got weight, which made the 1st day easy as I was still full from that), then for the next 2 weeks it was Hard and took will power to resist (I think was made easier by the fact I empted all my cupboards

Side effects
1) Really bad breath (this was really bad for me as I deal with customers every day and was always thinking about it when I talked to people.
2) Headache for 3-4 days at start
3) Dry Lips to start with about 2 weeks
4) Poos like Bricks, going to the toilet real hurts.
